What it measures and why laser
转速传感器输出的是与转速成正比的脉冲序列，控制系统据此做调速、同步、超速保护。磁电式需要齿盘、霍尔需要磁钢，而激光式只要在旋转件上贴一小片反光标记，不改变被测件结构，也不增加旋转质量。
ROLS-5PW 用可见红色激光（Class IIIa）作光源，机身带蓝色 LED 瞄准指示：光斑落在标记上时指示灯亮，离开时熄灭，安装时不用反复猜位置。标准型测量距离可达 2 米，允许 45° 入射角，狭小空间也能找到合适的安装角度；长距离型号可测更远。

Selection notes
英文资料里常见的 "no need to perform any adjustment" 指的是传感器本身不需要增益或阈值调节，接上就能用；但安装仍需注意三件事：标记要贴牢（高转速下贴纸易脱落，可改用反差记号笔）、光斑落在标记扫过的圆周上、传感器支架要有足够刚度。
需要模拟量输出时，配一台转速显示表把脉冲转换成 4~20 mA 或 0~5 V；需要在阳光下或户外使用，选带调制激光与窄带滤波的型号，普通光电式在强光下会误触发。
常见问题
标准型测距 2 米够用吗？
多数固定安装场景足够。需要更远距离时选长距离型号，或增大反光标记尺寸，同时注意光斑随距离扩大的影响。
45° 入射角是什么意思？
传感器光轴与被测面法线的夹角允许到 45°，给安装留出空间；但角度越大，反射信号越弱，尽量在 15~30° 之间取平衡。
Class IIIa 激光安全吗？
属于低功率激光，正常使用下短时照射风险低，但仍应避免直视光束、避免用光学仪器直视光路。
输出能直接进 PLC 吗？
可以，TTL 方波经电平转换或光耦隔离后接高速计数口；PLC 输入为 24V 时需加转换模块。
